Q: Can't move shelf controller.

So I use multiple machines depending on my location. I have 2 iMacs and and Macbook Pro. On the Macbook pro, in layout mode I'm unable to move any shelf items. When I hover over the boundry lines I don't even get the arrow icon that lets me know I can grab it and move it. This is really frustrating as I can't edit my layout on the laptop. Everything works fine on the iMacs.

 

All software is up to date (Mainstage and OS) and I've even tried a fresh install. This is driving me nuts! Any ideas or help would be great. Thanks!

    I have a similar issue with my Mac Book Pro. Any adjustments to shelf controllers is difficult. Things re-size when I want to move them, or I grab some kind of background shadow instead of the shelf... I finally got things pretty much the way I want them, but it has been a lot of frustrating trial-and-error. I thought it was just me.
