Q: My EarPods are faulty and Interrupting my phone
II've had my EarPods less than a year and they have been treat with care, haven't been dropped or wet etc. They kept pausing and playing music randomly, activating Siri and fast forwarding music and skip songs etc. It's annoying as I'm a student and can't afford to be paying out £20+ for more earpods when an apple product should last longer than 8 months. Is there anywhere they I can contact about receiving a free replacement?
iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.5

Hi
EarPods are covered under Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation to arrange for them to be checked by Apple and, if eligible, repaired or replaced under warranty:
- Contact - Official Apple Support
- https://twitter.com/applesupport
I'm afraid that no-one here can tell you what Apple will decide (this is a user-based community).
