Those profiles you mention have nothing to do with a digital signage display. I think you may be over complicating the matter. I've years of experience with digital signage, and we always just use standard H.264 video files or ProRes with AIFF audio. Not a big deal. Your monitor supports AIFF and WMA.

The audio is not the problem; it's the video that plays slow for 2-3 seconds then races to catch up, then the process repeats: too slow, then too fast.
