Q: How do I change "High @ L4.2" to  "High @ L5" or  "High @ L1.3" or  "Baseline @ L4.2" format profile?

Using FC X and Compressor 4.2 to format video to play on a NovoDS display...

Thanks!

Digital signage displays like that one should be send AIFF or WMA audio, set to broadcast legal levels.  Those profiles you mention have nothing to do with a digital signage display.  I think you may be over complicating the matter.  I've years of experience with digital signage, and we always just use standard H.264 video files or ProRes with AIFF audio.  Not a big deal.   Your monitor supports AIFF and WMA.

I'm sure I'm over-complicating it, but I'm about ready to have the people come make it work or tell them to remove it! The audio is not the problem; it's the video that plays slow for 2-3 seconds then races to catch up, then the process repeats: too slow, then too fast.
