Q: ID disabled, have all docs, Apple Russia does not support
I have bought an iphone 6 plus on an official iphone sales office in Russia ZAO "SVYAZNOY LOGISTIKA" (the largest iphone sales chain in Russia) in 2015, have all original payment documents and all belongins to the device.
Forgot password and some of the secret questions (remember ID and just one answer of the secret questions) on my icloud account, the device is turned to disabled (completely blocked).
Applied to the Apple Russia Support Team, asked them to unblock my device, sent them all information they asked by e-mail.
In reply, they rejected to support with no explaining. The reason why, I still do not know.
I have done payment for this device and have all documents, I purchased it on an official sales office.
Dear sir or madam, APPLE SUPPORT TEAM, Russian or International!!!
Please, do your work, as of the result of what "unblock my device".
The original documents of payment, the device, everything I HAVE.
I sent the documents to the Russian Support Team several times!
* All I wrote is according to the "Case # **** # Case ****".
I need support.
