Q: "Your apple id has been disabled"


I got the message in the subject line.  I share a phone with my wife.  Since getting the message, I changed my id and password on apple.com.  I am still getting the same message even after I try logging on.

 

I am currently in Afghanistan and have no way to fix this issue.  FaceTime is the only way I am able to see my daughter, so one could imagine the frustration I am going through.

 

Tech support does not provide an option so I am stuck in a discussion room.
