Q: iMovie 10.1.2 : Missing File
Hello everybody,
I have a problem with iMovie 10.1.2 on my MacBook :
I created a video project using files stored on a SD card. While I was editing my project, iMovie was uploading my files from the SD card to my computer (little circle filling up at the right top of the iMovie window).
All was going well, when I had a warning message telling that my drive was almost full. Later on, I was warned that the importation from the SD card had ceased (missing space...). I had other things to do than dealing with it, so I left my project as it was, closed iMovie, removed the SD card...
Today, I wanted to make a new trial : I opened iMovie. Without surprise, some parts of my video don't appear, and a message telling that the file is missing appears. It suggests me to reimport the file.
I tried to insert the SD card (so that it can try to find the file where it was), but it doesn't seem to do anything.
I tried to manually drag and drop the file from the SD card to my project, but all I get is a double of the original (missing) file : two video files with the same names, but the newly imported one won't replace the one not working.
I don't know if I am clear (I use iMovie in French so there might be some slight differences...)
Is there a way to resume the file importation from where it ceased ?
Thanks !
