Issues with Apple Classroom

We have a classroom set of iPads managed though Meraki. We have imported the class and teacher information from Apple School. Looking at the iPads I can see the education profile has been pushed out from the MDM, but the teacher still can't launch the Classroom App. Any troubleshooting suggestions?

Thanks. I had read that article, but it didn't actually work. For any others looking, here's what finally did. I had tried a number of different options by wiping and reinstalling profiles. Eventually I removed the synchronization with Apple School Manger and added the students and classes manually into Meraki. Then it worked just like the video explained I had one iPad that showed offline but that was because I had misspelled the apple id. It's not clear if the issue lies with Apple School Manger, or in the Meraki integration, but the manual option works for now and I'll leave it alone for the time being.
