Sep 5, 2016 2:49 PMby Chabotnick,Thanks. I had read that article, but it didn't actually work. For any others looking, here's what finally did. I had tried a number of different options by wiping and reinstalling profiles. Eventually I removed the synchronization with Apple School Manger and added the students and classes manually into Meraki. Then it worked just like the video explained I had one iPad that showed offline but that was because I had misspelled the apple id. It's not clear if the issue lies with Apple School Manger, or in the Meraki integration, but the manual option works for now and I'll leave it alone for the time being.
