I am having an issue with my Apple watch. I continue to get text notifications on my watch while texting on my Iphone 6plus. My husband does not have this issue with his apple watch and iphone 6s. Can anyone help with this annoying issue?

Check that Wrist Detection is turned on: on your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Wrist Detection - turn on.
Also check that you are wearing your watch sufficiently snugly on the top of your wrist (if it is worn too loosely, your watch may believe that it has been removed from your wrist):
The wrist detecation is on. The only way to address this is to take the watch off my wrist, then the notifications will stop. If I am wearing the watch, it always notifies on every exchange of texts, and is very annoying.
