Second, this is not Apple, it's volunteers. We don't work for Apple and don't have your bill in front of us and don't know what exactly it is you are seeing.
Third, not a lot of information to go by; just shouting (and that doesn't help us, does it?)
Did you get a letter, a bill, is it from Apple? Read this link and see if you can spot if this is legit or a scam

Fourth, more than likely this is a scam attempt and its a very common one. It works like this: A scammer will try to get you to log into a phony apple-looking scam site and provide your account info so they can try it for real with Apple and use your account. At this time don't do anything to log in until you verify where this came from. If it is a fake site you can report it here http://www.apple.com/legal/more-resources/phishing/
However if this is from Apple and If your account was broken into and purchases were made you didn't authorize you need to contact Apple using the link at the bottom of this page, and more importantly contact your bank or financial institution ASAP.
