Sep 2, 2016 11:28 AM in response to diveactiveby Terence Devlin,Full Size refers to the dimensions of the Photo - length by breadth, measured in Pixels. The "weight" of the file, (the MB or KB) are a function of the Jpeg quality you choose. Higher quality means less compression and more MB.

Sep 3, 2016 12:08 AM in response to Terence Devlinby diveactive,Hi
Thank you for the reply. this is not the issue , I know this I have a masters degree.
The problem is as stated, Aperture 3 is when exporting or dragging files from raw. Or original images, to send for printing, no matter if i export J peg Tiff, They normally show as 14MB on average, or 128 if tiff. . nothing changed, And all of a sudden they are producing 128KBs I have even opened them up in photoshop. They look find , Save and I get 128KBs I have re installed the complete Aperture 3 in hope to rectify the matter. This happened some years ago out in Borneo. Mac Borneo resolved it , Not sure how, Its happened again. And the issue is urgent, as i got to get this work out.
I recovered the raw images , inported them , still the same issue. my next aim now, for now is to use another program.
Also the issue of after exporting . only one image will show in the project.
I have even taken out tons of files to make space on the hard drive, makes no difference.

How are you exporting? Are you using File > Export or are you dragging from the Browser? Dragging will save the Previews.
The File > Export dialog will use the export preset you selected. Sometimes these presets may become modified. Have you checked, if your "Jpeg Original Size" preset is still set to a very high JPEG quality? You can check that in the Export panel by setting the Export preset to "Edit".

Sep 3, 2016 3:15 AM in response to léonieby diveactive,HA HA do do me lol Yes I just found this before reading your answer. Back in May I adjusted pre sets to do bulk up loads. So I just re set them back to full size. However. in the Aperture Library on my external hard drive, I still have this issue typing in a file number. I have no problem finding the image I want, The problem is , In projects there are 211 images. When searching . I find the image , After then it will not show the rest, I have to rebuild the data base every time.

Which version of Aperture are you using? Is your profile signature "MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)," still current?
is the file system of your external drive with the library MacOS Extended (Journaled)? Are you accessing this drive from more than one user account?
