I can't restore my iphone 5 error 3194

HEy apple i cant restore my phone i get this error during restore 3194 ichange configuration in host file but same problem so please help me to slove this problem im confused :/

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.5

You are not addressing Apple. This is a user to user support forum. See this support document for information regarding the error 3194. If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build' in iTunes - Apple Support

If you have already tried all of the steps mentioned in the support document since I provided it, then you need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store for help.
