How can copy a CD, using iTunes, with my iMac, to a separate hard disk in my network

I use the Sonos system. Irregular I copy my total iTunes, including all the music files, approx 5.000, to a separate hard disk. That takes hours.

My Sonos system uses this separate hard disk.

I think is should be possible to direct copy a CD from my iMac to the separate hard disk.

How can I do that?
