face a problem with downloading from app store
each time i try to download after entering the id and password get the following msg
this apple id has not been used in the itunes store

Your AppleID and the ID used for the App Store are not necessarily the same. Sign out of the iTunes/App store and re-sign in using the proper ID.
Are you also being prompted to login and review the account ? If you are have you done so, and if required enter payment details ?

And have you done that, you've logged into the account and if prompted entered payment details ?
Unless you use these instructions when creating a new account : Create or use your Apple ID without a payment method - Apple Support
payment details will need to be entered before the account can be used - you should be able to remove them after entering them.
