My girlfriend recently passed and i wanted to know if there is any way i can recover my old photos of me and her. i don't have backups of my iPhone and i don't use icloud. i also want to recover photos off facebook and snapchat if possible.

Did you keep the old photos only on your iPhone? And never saved them to iCloud or a backup on a computer?
Then you can only try data recovery software on your iPhone. Sometimes it its possible to recover deleted files, but only, if the storage of the deleted files has not been overwritten by new data. If a long time has passed, since you deleted the files, it is very unlikely that the photos can be recovered.
Do you know any software i can use that is free ? i dont trust giving my credit card to random websites for non working apps
I am not aware of any free app. Also, many users who have posted here have not found a paid app that works.
If you really want the deleted photos I would contact a data recovery company
I have not tried any data recovery apps on an iOS device, so I cannot recommend any. How long ago has it been, that you deleted the photos? If you used the iPhone since then and there is not much free storage, it is very unlikely, that the photos can be recovered, because the place where they have been stored will have been overwritten by other data.
