Stuck in "authenticating with the App Store"

So I'm in my final step to publishing my game iOS, I got all of the certificates and provisioning profiles ready and all the information in the store is ready to submit, however when I try to upload my IPA file with iTunes connect, it just stays stuck in "Authenticating with the App Store" and it never passes that phase. I even left it running a whole 24 hours and it stayed stuck in that phase, I don't think it's supposed to take that long. I tried restarting my computer and even deleting and re-generating all my certificates and provisioning profiles, but it still won't go past that phase. Anyone ever had the same problem? Any solutions I should try?
