i have recently update my iPhone 6 to iOS 9.3.5. after that update my touchscreen is not respond properly. sometimes i have to force restart my phone. i am so frustrated. please help me with this issue.

If a Reset did not help, try a Restore. If that doesn't resolve the issue, take the iPhone to Apple Store to have it evaluated for possible hardware issues.
Reset: hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10-15 seconds).

If your backup is to iTunes, make sure it's an encrypted backup.
