Q: iCloud for El Capitan not downloading files
So a few days ago I had to uncheck and check iCloud drive in settings for some reason. Because of that I also deleted all of the iCloud data saved on my Macbook Pro. So I rechecked iCloud Drive and began re-downloading all of my stuff. It had no problem downloading all of the app-specific folders like Pages and Keynote but hasn't been able to download any of the data that I manually added to iCloud Drive. I still have all of the data on my other computer and I can see that it is on iCloud.com but for some reason it won't download to my iCloud Drive folder. I've tried restarting, deleting the CloudDocs folder, killing Cloudd, and Bird but nothing has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
