Q: El Capital update charge

Why I my bank accounted debited for an update 24/8/2016 without my knowledge? I only realized when I checked my statement. Not impressed.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), I update manually

Hi,

Apple never charge for an update, contact your bank and ask who has debited from your account.
If you are sure it is Apple then follow the step ☞ Report a problem.
