Logic Pro X on 2 mac

If I buy 2 licences for Logic Pro X, on 2 different machines, what happens to the licence if one of the machines dies?

iMac with Retina 5K display, iOS 9.3.5

There is no hardware or software protection for pro x, I think there is probably a limit on the number of devices that you can down load to; try checking the Logic pro x FAQs.

Logic Pro X does not store licenses on machines. The licenses are granted by the App Store, in effect. As long as you have your login details, you will retain your license. This goes for any and all Apps on the Store.

And if this is for personal use (not commercial use), you have unlimited Macs you can run it on.
