Connecting a Samsung sound bar with a wireless speaker using the multi room app on an iPad

I Am trying to connect a Samsung sound bar with a Samsung wireless speaker using the Samsung multi room app. So far I can connect my iPad to the wireless speaker but not to the sound bar. Also I can not get the speaker to connect to the sound bar. Help?
