iphone5s not supporting VoLTE

With the launch of 4G,VoLTE( JIO services,Reliance india) iphone5s have become outdated in India.I request the apple support to kindly look in this matter. i can not join Jio network( similar services). I may regret my decision to buy this expensive phone,where other cheap phones will enjoy this superfast network in India.

therefore i request APPLE support to look in this matter.
