Q: Mainstage 3 with Apogee Gio Feedback Noise

I recently bought MainStage 3 and the Apogee Gio but I get a lot of feedback noise when playing with the band.

My set up is a Fender Jaguar (w/ humbuckers), pedalboard (Wah - Whammy - Heavy Dist - Light Dist), Apogee Gio, Macbook Pro, Fender Hot Rod Deville 410.  I only use the Gio for some pitch and delay/modulation effects.

I created my own patch that only contains Noise Gate, Channel EQ, Pedalboard (Dr Octave, Phase Tripper, Total Tremolo, Tie Dye Delay), Chorus and Space D.  My input is set to -11 and I typically set my volume between 9:00 - 10:00 so the input/output meters do not even redline.  Of course, I don't turn them all on at the same time.

What is strange is that it doesn't seem to feedback at all when I try it at home but at practice, it's really bad.  Please note that I can't really turn it up for too long when I test it at home unless I want to be evicted by the condo association.

I've also tried it without my 'analog' pedalboard and just use the Gio entirely with the default patches but I still get feedback at the Crunch patches.

I'm not sure if it's something with my setup or if it is environment-related.  I typically practice with the band at the other guitar player's basement since he has a studio set up there.  I'm wondering if my guitar pickups are picking up external noise and causing the feedback.  The computer mic is already disabled since the Gio takes up all computer input/output sounds.

Please help.  I'd really like to use MainStage for improving my tone and creating ambient sounds.  Thanks!
