Iv'e currently received 2 emails within 12 hours of each saying that I've recently downloaded tkts- $26.99 from the app store in the usa.. Im in canada...

What is tkts? and i received the email 2 times with two different receipts..

Scam. See these support resources:

Identifying legitimate emails from the iTunes Store
Phishing and Other Suspicious Emails
The last one includes information on forwarding the original message with headers to Apple at reportphishing@apple.com which, one hopes, they might use to take down fraudulent websites. It might help to send the occasional sample if you're prepared to take the time.
