Q: Why won't iCloud change to my new apple ID?
I changed my apple ID a while back, no problems there. But iCloud is still using my old ID and for the life of me I can not figure out how to change it to my new ID!! My desk top is a HP Pavilion with windows 10 and I have a iPhone 5s with 64 gigs of memory that is running fast. I purchased 50 gigs of storage from apple on the cloud so I can free up my phone but because of the ID change (I think) I can not use the storage.
Any suggestions?

Run the iCloud control panel on your computer, sign out of the old account and into the new one.
