Apple music

Whenever I go into my Apple Music it plays one song then it freezes. Then the app comes up that says free trial or not now pops up. I have to turn my phone off/on to get it to play one song and then the same thing happens. This all started happening after the software update 9.3.5. What should I do to correct this problem?
