Q: I cannot connect to Apple Store
Dear Madam / Sir,
Unfortunately I cannot connect to Apple Store. Even I cannot update my apps which should be updated.
PLease kindly help me.

Regarding the issue with the update of the apps, if you can connect to the Store, but again you can't update your apps, there may be an unpaid order in the account. Follow this procedure to verify this:
