If I am un-satisfied, can I return my apple watch and apple care plan for a full refund??

In many countries, Apple offers a 14-day Standard Return Policy.
Outside of that period, you would need to ask Apple. No-one here can tell you what Apple will decide - this is a user-based technical support community.
