SMS/text in safari extensions????

Hello, I run a nonprofit and a ton of what I do every day is text and email. So, I cannot find it, but I would like to know if anyone or a Safari Developer could tell me if there is a good, stable, SMS extension/application that integrates well within the Safari browser. This would be a huge time saver for me if there is such. Thank you - have a nice weekend.
