Hi there,

My ipad is giving me hard tome to connect, message saying your ipad could not be connected becaue the server cannot be reached , try your ipad to itune to activate it. Please help me out as I have already connected with my laptop sync both devices but still not working?

You have told us so little information, it is next to impossible to help you.

What type of iPad do you have?
Is it cellular or Wi-Fi only?
What version of iOS is it running?
What version of iTunes are you using?
What computer and operating system are you using?

Anyway, with so little information, here is a guess at something that may be your issue.
