Good afternoon; I have the Cisco Jabber software running on an Iphone 6 Plus, everything works fine while the phone is unlock , when the phone is locked can not answer the calls received by the Cisco Jabber only a window appears with a message that I have a call, but I can not answer. Is there any way to solve this problem. ????
