Q: Can I use 2 Thunderbolt Displays and 1 Cinema Display on my 2015 Macbook pro 15"?

I own a 15" Macbook Pro Mid-2015 with this configuration:

2.8Ghz Intel Core i7
16GB DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon R9 370X 2GB

Also, I currently have these 2 Apple displays:

27" Thunderbolt Display (connected via Thunderbolt port directly to the Macbook)
27" Cinema Display (connected via Mini Displayport to 2nd Thunderbolt port of the Macbook)

Now I want to connect a third 27" Thunderbolt Display. Since there are no more free ports on the Macbook, my question is:

Is is possible to daisy-chain this 3rd monitor to the other TB Display and use 3 displays this way?

You can daisy-chain two Thunderbolt displays to one port, but MacBooks don't support more than two external displays. It might work in clamshell modem, since the internal display would be off.

Apple's official claim is not correct as it has already been shown that a Macbook Pro 15" can drive 3 displays using the additional HDMI output: http://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/53759/how-many-external-displays-can-i- power-with-the-15-retina-macbook-pro
