i'm having problem while charging my macbook air laptop,
it is not turning on or working while charging it...
pls tell me what to do with that..

Resetting SMC could solve the problem.
Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support
Have you tested your charger on another Mac or tried a different charger on your MBA?
You might run an Apple Hardware Test:

Note that an error free AHT is not conclusive.
