Q: apple tv voice over in movies

I just received the brand new apple tv. I just downloaded the new marvel civil war movie. When i play the movie i hear a voice over that says word for word what is happening in the movie, not the close caption box or anything but a word by word dialog. I cannot seem to turn this off at all. I looked at all the settings and nothing. When I play this same movie on my laptop it is not there and the voice over is gone. Help!
