Q: My brother recently bought from eBay a iPhone 6 later finding it was iCloud locked and now shows activation lock how can I contact the user before it was bought one of my brothers work for Apple (corporate manager)

MY brother recently bought a iPhone 6 white gold off of eBay and come to find out that it's activation locked and asking for a old Apple ID. So I would like to contact the recent owner to get the password and be able to use it Instead of it bieng useless. I will supply imei serials and Anything to help contact the owner it's not imei locked as far as I can tell. I also have a another brother that is corporate manager for Apple so I wouldn't ever have to steal or lie about a iPhone I currently have a iPhone and am happy with its functions I think Apple has done a good job so far... But I would like to know can I contact the older user in any way!!! Please and thank you!...
