I'm trying to create a ringtone with the music i just bought from iTunes. I know I need to insert the start and stop times, but nothing happened when I clicked those boxes!! I tried refreshing the page, checking with other songs, and nothing I did helped! Any ideas on what's happening and how to fix this? I have Windows 10 by the way, if this helps.
