I Do not have Bluetooth or and auxiliary jack in my carso I bought a hands-free stereo receiver but I can't get it to work it's a 3.5 mm auxiliary connection

An iPhone only connects to a car stereo via Bluetooth.

It won't work on a hands free stereo receiver.
