For option 1 restore from TM backup, can I change MA to use Ethernet instead of Wifi to restore from TM backup on NAS?

    Yes, you can use Ethernet.

Ok, but how to change in MA? I had an active ethernet cable connected, but MA stated (start screen) it would use Wifi. How to change this?

The network interface ordering has Ethernet as a higher priority than WiFi.  This means that if there is a working Ethernet connection, OS X will send all traffic across the Ethernet interface and ignore the WiFi.

This assumes the Ethernet connection is good.  It assumes the Ethernet connection is talking to the router, has received a valid IP address and a valid DNS server address.

I am also assuming that the Network Interface order has not been changed.
