I am developing an application where I have some devices and I want to add them in my iPhone network. Now, facing the issue with it and steps are as follows;
1. iPhone is already connected to my home router.
2. Application discover the device to add it in iPhone network.
3. Application navigate user to iPhone settings page to turn on hotspot.
4. User turn on hotspot and comes back to application.
5. *Error* - Device never got connect to iPhone hotspot.
My observation is;
- When user turn on the hotspot and stays inside hotspot settings menu then I can see the 3G network on status bar and device got connected to iPhone hotspot.
- But, when user comes out from hotspot settings menu, iPhone got connected to my home router again I can able to see wifi network on status bar and device can not get added to iPhones network.
I want to add my device in iPhones hotspot even after user comes back to my application after enabling the hotspot.
Is there any solution for this? How can I handle this scenario?
