secerty qustion - reset.

hi.

i had problem to chanaging my secerty qustion. i chose them while i was a kid and now i dont remmember what the answer. so, i cant even change my id password. pls help me with that problem. i did all the steps in the help reset article and it didnt changed.. it wrote me i cant reset them. ty for the help.

and in my country i dont have apple supprot so how i can contect them for help?
