Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I know having an issue with the Notes app on your iPhone is not what you expect. If I understand correctly, you are unable to search in the Notes app in your iPhone. To resolve this issue, first I suggest you restart your iPhone, as the shut down and start up process is important to keep the iOS software running properly:
