    Hi, Yorkster1996!

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, I am understanding that you are running low on storage for your iPhone, and want to import your pictures to your computer to help free up some space. I know how important it is to be able to manage what is on your iPhone, and would be happy to help!

First, check to see if you have iCloud Photo Library enabled under Settings > iCloud > Photos. If you do, make sure you have Optimize iPhone Storage enabled. This will save smaller, lower-quality versions of your pictures on your iPhone to help free up space while still allowing you access to those pictures on the iPhone. You can get more information about iCloud Photo Library, including how to manage your pictures while using it, in the article below.

    iCloud Photo Library

If you do not have iCloud Photo Library enabled, you can import your pictures onto your computer following the "Import to your PC" section of the following article.

Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

The instructions to do that are as follows:

    Import to your PC

You can import photos to your PC by connecting your device to your computer and using Windows Photo Gallery:

    1. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your PC with a USB cable.
    2. You might need to unlock your iOS device using your passcode.
    3. You might also see a prompt on the iOS device asking you to Trust This Computer. Tap Trust or Allow to continue.

Then, follow the steps in these Microsoft knowledge base articles to learn how to import photos to Windows Photo Gallery:

When you import videos from your iOS device to your PC, some might be rotated incorrectly in Windows Photo Gallery. You can add these videos to iTunes to play them in the correct orientation.

Photos and videos that you sync from your computer to your iOS device using iTunes can't be imported back to your computer.

Learn what to do if you can‘t import photos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer.

    Cheers!
