When starting up Macbook Pro, the progress bar sticks ( a little before the end) and the logo gets more pale (screen is grey).
I tried:
- boot in safe mode
- boot in Recovery Mode
- reset PRAM
- reinstall OS X El Cap.
What should I do next?
MacBook Pro, iOS 9.3.5, Not sure if it's 9.3.5...
It would be helpful if you indicated the EXACT model/year of your MBP.

Thank you both for your response.
My problem is solved, though I lost a lot of data.
Using Recovery Mode I erased the disk completely. (I did this before I noticed your suggestions).
Then I reinstalled again OS X.
The machine works properly now, and at the moment I'm installing the lost apps, etc.
