I have 1 app I get paid for, but need to change banking info to send payment. HOW and where do I do that?

I have development account and set up a banking info to send payment for proceeds on the app. I am having to change that bank info, and have looked everywhere. Where do I go to edit that bank deposit info?

MacBook Pro, iOS 9.3.5
