I am attempting to download pictures from my Canon EOS 20D to my iPad Pro using the camera's USB adaptor with the Apple Lightening to USB3 Camera Adapter.
I get an error message advising the camera is not supported.
From another response in the community I changed the communication setting on the camera from normal to PTP and I no longer get the "not supported" message but nothing happens. What do I need to do?
