Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand you are unable to see your photos in the Photos view at the top of your Photos library. However, all of your photos are appearing in the All Photos album. It doesn't sound like there is an issue with your library, but, just to be safe, do you have your computer backed up using Time Machine?
Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac
First, check to see if you are updated to the latest version of your operating system:
Update the software on your Mac
If this does not resolve your issue, try creating a new library in Photos
Photos for OS X: Use multiple libraries in Photos
Create a new photo library
-
If Photos is open, choose Photos > Quit Photos.
-
Hold down the Option key and double-click the Photos icon in the Applications folder (or click the Photos icon in the Dock) to open Photos.
-
In the Choose Library dialog, click Create New.
-
Type a library name and choose a location to store the library.
-
Click OK.
If the issue persists in a new library, next test this in a new user account:

annerow, please give these steps a try, and reply back to this thread with the results and any additional information that you can about your issue.
Enjoy the rest of your day!
