However, you might first look at > https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/google-contacts/reviews/ to if there are any other fixes that would work better for you.

Sep 5, 2016 5:04 PM in response to den.thedby Grizzly Milt,I looked at both of these links. They mean nothing to me. I don't know what Google Contacts 0.7.12 is and if I have it installed. If I do, how do I find that out and what do I do to remove it? All I want to do is to get Thunderbird to open and run as all my email is stored in folders using that Mozilla program.
