I downloaded a Thunderbird upgrade on my OSX 10.11.6. Also get a message that Google Contacts 0.7.12 is an incompatible add-on to Thunderbird. Now Thunderbird won't open and I get a crash message every time I try to open it. I need to be able to get the crash report in order to solve the problem. Can anyone help me?

Humm... I do not use Thunderbird or Google Contacts, but it looks like gContactsync might be one fix.

I looked at both of these links. They mean nothing to me. I don't know what Google Contacts 0.7.12 is and if I have it installed. If I do, how do I find that out and what do I do to remove it? All I want to do is to get Thunderbird to open and run as all my email is stored in folders using that Mozilla program.
