Q: apple tv purchase problem

hi

i purchased several laurel and hardy episodes and can't purchase anymore because i get error message that says there was a problem with my past purchases.  when i search my purchases, none of the episodes show up.  my cc and other info is correct and up to date in itunes.  how can i correct this problem so that i can purchase additional episodes?
