When I try to open my Smilebox app on my MacBook Pro (OX 10.7.5), I keep getting this message box:

My internet connection is fine.
I've tried to turn off my firewall. No luck.
I've re-installed Smilebox. No luck.
I've contacted Smilebox Help. No luck.
Does anyone have any ideas of how to resolve this?
ps. I was successfully using Smilebox up until June and then all of a sudden it stopped working in July.
