Blinking light error on apple tv 4, I cannot do a reboot in the apple tv neither using iTunes because it doesn't recognize it. All happen after i do a reset on my apple tv.

It needs to be restored via iTunes
Make sure you are following the steps exactly (disconnect all cables, connect USB-C cable, reconnect power)
Try a different cable. Make sure it is capable of data transfer.
